Pastor Téko-Foli Dodzi ADARCTE is minister of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Togo, also responsible for the direction of the Protestant college of Lomé-Gblekomegan.
To better meet the requirements of increasing management and administration capacity, EEPT supported a university training project at the National School of Administration in Lomé with a view to obtain a Master’s degree. FAP was asked to co-finance the tuition fees.
Pastor Adanlete was thus able to attend classes, support exams, get involved in the 6 months of internship planned and support a thesis entitled « Role of the administrative and financial affairs departments (DAAF) in improving organizational performance: Case study of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Togo (EEPT). He was able to complete the studies within the planned terms and in the session of late October 2025 he was able to finish his studies with the defense of the thesis appreciated by the jury.
“At the end of these two years of training at the National School of Administration, ENA-Togo, I am grateful for the path traveled and the progress made. This experience was for me a decisive step, both academically and professionally. It allowed me to strengthen my skills, expand my vision of public service and my knowledge of public administration and better prepare myself for future responsibilities.
