Pastor T\u00e9ko-Foli Dodzi ADARCTE is minister of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Togo, also responsible for the direction of the Protestant college of Lom\u00e9-Gblekomegan.<\/p>\n
To better meet the requirements of increasing management and administration capacity, EEPT supported a university training project at the National School of Administration in Lom\u00e9 with a view to obtain a Master\u2019s degree. FAP was asked to co-finance the tuition fees.<\/p>\n
Pastor Adanlete was thus able to attend classes, support exams, get involved in the 6 months of internship planned and support a thesis entitled \u00ab Role of the administrative and financial affairs departments (DAAF) in improving organizational performance: Case study of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Togo (EEPT). He was able to complete the studies within the planned terms and in the session of late October 2025 he was able to finish his studies with the defense of the thesis appreciated by the jury.<\/p>\n

This experience was for me a decisive step, both academically and professionally. Pour mieux r\u00e9pondre aux exigences d\u2019augmenter les capacit\u00e9s de gestion et administration l\u2019EEPT a soutenu un projet de formation universitaire \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole Nationale d\u2019Administration de Lom\u00e9 en vue de l\u2019obtention d\u2019un Master. La FAP a \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9 pour co-financer les frais de scolarit\u00e9<\/p>\n
Le Pasteur a ainsi pu fr\u00e9quenter les cours, soutenir les examens, s\u2019impliquer dans les 6 mois de stage pr\u00e9vus et soutenir un m\u00e9moire intitule \u201cR\u00f4le de la directions des affaires administrative et financi\u00e8res (DAAF) dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la performance organisationnelle: Etude de cas de l\u2019Eglise Evang\u00e9lique Presbyt\u00e9rienne du Togo (EEPT). Il\u00a0a pu terminer les \u00e9tudes dans les termes pr\u00e9vus et dans la session de fin octobre 2025 il a pu terminer ses \u00e9tudes avec la soutenance du m\u00e9moire appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par le jury.<\/p>\n
\u201c Au terme de ces deux ann\u00e9es de formation \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole nationale d\u2019administration, ENA-Togo, je mesure avec reconnaissance le chemin parcouru et les progres accomplis. Cette exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour moi une \u00e9tape d\u00e9terminante, tant sur le plan acad\u00e9mique que professionnel.
