    This approach aims to ensure that FAP\u2019s financial investments support its mission and contribute to a more sustainable future.<\/p>\n

        This approach remains applicable as long as the current SFDR 1.0 regulation is in force.<\/p>\n

                                FAP excludes investments in sectors that are in clear contradiction with its values, in particular those for which more than 5% of turnover is derived from the following activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                • Controversial weapons<\/li>\n
                                • Forced labour or child exploitation<\/li>\n
                                • Gambling and pornography<\/li>\n
                                • Intensive production or marketing of tobacco, drugs, or alcohol<\/li>\n
                                • Extraction of coal or unconventional oil (oil sands)<\/li>\n
                                • Environmentally harmful activities (mass pollution, deforestation)<\/li>\n
                                • GMOs (except for strictly controlled uses)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                  This approach remains pragmatic, taking into account the limitations in access to detailed information in the case of indirect investments.<\/p>\n

                                  La FAP exclut les investissements dans les secteurs en contradiction flagrante avec ses valeurs, notamment ceux dont plus de 5 % du chiffre d\u2019affaires est issu des activit\u00e9s suivantes :<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                  • Travail forc\u00e9 ou exploitation des enfants\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  • Jeux de hasard, pornographie\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  • Production ou commercialisation intensive de tabac, drogues, alcool\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  • Extraction du charbon ou de p\u00e9trole non conventionnel (sables bitumineux)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  • Activit\u00e9s environnementalement nuisibles (pollution massive, d\u00e9forestation)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  • OGM (hors usages strictement contr\u00f4l\u00e9s)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                    Cette approche demeure pragmatique, en tenant compte des limites d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019information d\u00e9taill\u00e9e dans le cas d\u2019investissements indirects.<\/p>\n

                                    FAP recognizes that environmental, social, and governance issues are evolving rapidly.<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                    • This charter will be reviewed regularly, at least every three years, in order to remain aligned with best practices.<\/li>\n
                                    • FAP also encourages constructive dialogue with its stakeholders (beneficiaries, partners, financial managers) to continuously improve its responsible investment policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                      La FAP reconna\u00eet que les enjeux environnementaux, sociaux et de gouvernance \u00e9voluent rapidement.<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                      • La pr\u00e9sente charte sera r\u00e9vis\u00e9e r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, au minimum tous les trois ans, afin de rester align\u00e9e sur les meilleures pratiques. <\/span><\/li>\n
                                      • La FAP encourage \u00e9galement un dialogue constructif avec ses parties prenantes (b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, partenaires, gestionnaires financiers), pour am\u00e9liorer en permanence sa politique d\u2019investissement responsable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
